Remote Monitoring and Control
Nirosoft offers a broad range of remote monitoring and control services including full monitoring and analysis of equipment; real-time status of process parameters and system performance; rapid detection of water leakages and equipment failures; remote video monitoring; and online troubleshooting and intervention. Service packages include:
- Routine monitoring (via Internet/cellular/satellite) and regular reports
- Remote troubleshooting and operator support
- Complete remote monitoring, control, and operation (for compatible systems)
- Regular site visits
Nirosoft’s team will undertake regular site visits to:
- Inspect and perform standard preventive maintenance procedures on all equipment
- Document and maintain records of each site visit
- Advise customers of any observed or anticipated problems and recommend solutions
- Meet periodically with the customer to discuss the status, issues, or recommendations related to the facility

On-Site Troubleshooting Nirosoft’s team of control, process, and mechanical engineers can also visit sites to assist with troubleshooting when required. Our team will rapidly assess the situation and take the appropriate course of action to ensure the system continues to perform to the required standards.
Operation & Maintenance Nirosoft provides full operation and maintenance for our water and wastewater treatment plants worldwide, carrying out a detailed program of daily, monthly, and annual activities to ensure optimal performance.
- On-site operation and preventive maintenance to ensure all machinery and equipment and other facilities are kept in optimum working order
- Detailed records of equipment and machinery (log book) detailing servicing, lubrication, part replacement, operating hours, etc.
- Detailed records of water supply including quality, daily and cumulative supply, quantity of water supplied, etc.
